Connect Your Calendar
adaptlive pushes new appointments into Google Calendar or Outlook so your existing reminders, mobile widgets, and watch faces all still work.
Connect
Settings → Integrations → Google or Microsoft. OAuth, accept the calendar scopes, pick which calendar to sync into.
What syncs
- Appointments created in adaptlive → pushed as events with the customer name, address, and a link back to the work record.
- Events created on the external calendar → not synced back. The external calendar is the read-only mirror.
Per-tech calendars
Each tech connects their own Google or Outlook in Settings → Profile → Connected calendars. Their appointments go to their own calendar — not the org's.
