Is adaptlive built for enterprise phone rooms?

No. adaptlive is built for small businesses and service teams that rely on phone calls, including contractors, property managers, auto shops, law firms, medical offices, and funeral homes.

Can adaptlive work with my current phone system?

Yes. Bridge mode lets a business forward calls from its current phone system to adaptlive while keeping familiar phones, numbers, and habits in place.

Can adaptlive provide phone service?

Yes. Complete mode includes the phone layer, SMS, direct team numbers, app calling, call recording, transcription, and follow-up workflows in adaptlive.

Forwarding from OpenPhone

Forward an OpenPhone line to adaptlive through OpenPhone's web app and call-routing settings.

OpenPhone forwards through its web app — there are no star codes.

Sign in at app.openphone.com and pick the phone number you want to forward.
Open Settings → Phone numbers → [your number] → Call routing. Select "Forward calls to" and choose External number.
Paste your adaptlive number — {FORWARDING_NUMBER} — into the destination field and save.
OpenPhone supports time-of-day forwarding inside its own UI. If you want OpenPhone to forward only during certain hours, configure business hours there instead of (or in addition to) adaptlive's business-hours feature.

Notes

OpenPhone keeps the conversation thread on its side for SMS while voice forwards to adaptlive. SMS routing isn't yet supported in adaptlive — those still land in OpenPhone.
