Field Change History
Every editable field on a customer, work record, number, or routing config keeps a history. Click any cell's history popover to see what changed when, and by whom.
What you'll see
- Old value → new value
- Who edited (a person, a system actor like "AI capture," or an integration sync)
- Timestamp
- The source — manual edit, AI capture during call X, sync from CRM Y, webhook payload Z
Why it's there
For the moments when the appointment time changed and nobody can remember who moved it. Or when a customer's address got "updated" to the wrong one and you need to find which integration did it.
Reverting
Click any past value to restore. Reverting is itself a change — logged in the history, attributed to you.
