The Pipeline
Every work record in progress, grouped by stage. It's a kanban board, but for your actual operations — not just sales.
The columns
Stages from your workflows. A plumbing call moves draft → confirmed → scheduled → on-site → invoiced → synced. A medspa appointment moves intake → consult → booked → seen → invoiced.
Move things
Drag a card to a new column. The stage updates instantly — and if the workflow has rules tied to that stage, they fire (auto-create tasks, send confirmation SMS, push to the CRM).
Filters that actually help
- Assignee — Multi-select; great for "what's on my plate."
- Priority — Urgent / high / normal / low. The cockpit can auto-set this based on signal patterns.
- Date range — Useful for "everything created this week."
