Workflow Triggers
Rules that fire when something happens during or after a call. They're how the cockpit knows what to pop up and when.
What can trigger
- A keyword in the transcript — "leak," "emergency," "cancel," "refund."
- A signal firing — A real-time signal like "complaint detected" or "upsell opportunity."
- A stage change — Moving from "draft" to "confirmed" fires the confirmation SMS.
- A field being filled — Address captured? Pop the next-step question.
The action options
- Surface a field to capture in the cockpit
- Pop a coaching prompt (with optional "say this verbatim" copy)
- Create a task
- Send an SMS or email draft
- Move the work record to a new stage
Configure all of this when you edit a workflow. The cockpit just executes.
