Live Signals

Signals are the "if-then" rules that fire during a call — keyword triggers, sentiment shifts, fact captures, customer-confidence drops. They're how the cockpit knows what to surface.

The catalog

Settings → Live Signals shows every signal active in your org — some global, some org-scoped, some you've built. Each has a confidence threshold (when does it fire?) and an action (what shows up?).

Signal health

For each signal, we track fire rate, accuracy, and downstream outcomes. If a signal fires 200 times a week but nobody acts on the prompt, it's noise. Disable it.

Surface tuning proposals

An overnight job analyzes signal performance and proposes tweaks: raise this threshold, narrow this trigger, deprecate that signal. Approve or reject. Same idea as Quality Playbook, but for runtime triggers instead of post-call rules.
