Assistant Offers

Mid-call, the AI sometimes proposes an action — "transfer to Maria," "drop voicemail and end," "dial the on-call tech." These are offers, not commands. Tap to accept; tap dismiss to ignore.

The offer types

  • Dial employee — Bring another staffer onto the call (warm transfer). Used when the caller asks for someone specific.
  • SMS employee — Notify a teammate without breaking your call ("Hey Maria — Joe's on the line about his ticket").
  • Drop voicemail — On outbound calls that hit voicemail, deliver a pre-recorded message without staying on the line.
  • Hold + wait — Put the caller on hold while you check something. Plays your hold music.
  • Warm transfer — Stay on the line until the next person answers, then bow out.

What triggers them

Signals. The AI hears "is Maria there?" → it offers Dial Maria. Hears "I need to leave a message" on an outbound call → it offers Drop voicemail.

Tune the offers

Settings → Live Signals. Each offer type has a confidence threshold — raise it to be more selective, lower it to be more eager.
