Confirming Facts
The AI listens and pulls structured data out of the conversation — names, addresses, problem descriptions, appointment times. Before any of it touches your CRM, you confirm.
The fact canvas
Right side of the cockpit. As facts get extracted, they appear with three states:
- Heard — AI thinks it heard this. Click to confirm or correct.
- Confirmed — Verified. Will save to the work record on call end.
- Promoted — Pushed past the work record into the customer's long-term memory.
Correcting a fact
Click the field, edit inline. The cockpit replays the snippet of audio it pulled the fact from — useful when "fifteen" sounds like "fifty" to a robot.
Don't confirm things you didn't hear
Speed-clicking through facts you didn't actually catch will pollute the customer record. Listen, then confirm. The wrap-up screen is a second chance, not a forgiving one.
