10DLC Registration

US carriers require business SMS senders to register their brand and campaigns. It's not adaptlive making you do this — it's AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile.

What you'll need

  • Legal business name and EIN
  • Business website and authorized contact
  • Sample messages you'll send
  • The use case (customer care, marketing, two-factor, etc.)

Submit through adaptlive

Settings → Messaging → 10DLC. Fill the form once; we submit to the Campaign Registry on your behalf. Expect 1–3 business days for brand review, then another 1–2 days per campaign.

Until you're approved

Outbound messages will throttle hard or get dropped. Inbound still works fine. Don't blast a campaign before approval lands.
