Missed-Call SMS Recovery
Phone tag is dead. If someone calls and you don't pick up, adaptlive texts them back.
Turn it on
Settings → Messaging → Missed-call SMS. Pick which numbers it applies to and edit the message template. We'll insert the caller's number, your business name, and a "reply STOP" footer automatically.
What gets sent
A short text within seconds of the missed call — "Sorry we missed your call. Reply here and we'll get right back to you, or call us when you're free." Replies land in the same thread you'd see in Messages.
Don't text landlines
Carriers tell us whether the caller's number is mobile or landline. We skip landlines automatically. Numbers we can't determine get the message — most modern landlines just don't deliver it.
